Shipping and Handling

We provide DHL, UPS & USPS shipping options & will send all orders via a tracking ID. Orders received before 12pm are shipped out the same day whenever possible, with the exception of holidays and weekends. If you would like you order faster than 3-5 business days, please select an expedited method of delivery. Feel free to email us at shop(at) momonewyork (dot ) com with any special request so that we can process the order in a timely fashion. For international shipping please allow 3-5 business days from date of purchase for shipment. All our boots/shoes are hand crafted and take about 3 to 5 days to be made. Shipping times specified refer to the day the boots are being shipped.
