Returns and Exchanges


MOMO NEW YORK  will exchange or refund non-sale items within days of original delivery date. All goods must be unworn, in perfect condition and accompanied by the original receipt. All footwear must be in its original shoebox. Please indicate on the Return Form why the item is being returned and if you would like an exchange, store credit or refund. Exchanges are subject to availability. If an item is not in stock, a refund will automatically be issued. Returns will not be issued until the goods have been received and processed. Please allow up to 10 days for returns to appear on your credit card statement/Paypal account.

International returns must be received within 5 days of the original delivery date to guarantee a full refund.  Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of MOMO NEW YORK.

Gifts can be exchanged or applied as store credit.

All jewelry, underpinnings, eyewear, printed matter, swimwear, face masks, rugs, sample sales, custom and exchange orders and FM Vintage are FINAL SALE. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Promotional sale purchases (including items purchased with a discount code) are available for exchange or store credit only. No exceptions. Please note your store credit does not expire and will be available at anytime. In the event that that we will except a discounted item for a refund we will apply a 25% re-stocking fee.

MOMO NEW YORK reserves the right to refuse any return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured for the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. We will not credit international duties or taxes.

Please note that our online inventory is pulled from our warehouse and subject to availability. We will try our best to fulfill all online orders, and if an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible.
